Pre-construction Inspections
Flowtest can provide you with pre-commissioning surveys and reports of installed systems before starting up to ensure all correct procedures have been followed as part of the Green Star compliance on new systems.
Pre-construction reports are available from Flowtest on existing systems, this ensures any pre-existing issues are noted at the start of construction. This covers both the contractor and clients on existing issues which may not have been noticed until after the construction is completed and commissioning is started. A safety net is therefore provided to potentially save costs and time to our clients as issues are provided prior to works begin.
